The Challenge
Digital Water has developed technology that represents disruptive change to an old industry. The solution has a number of unique innovations involved. The benefits to customers are numerous and valuable – this story needed to be told accurately whilst the company was at the same time setting up the right in-market partnerships to complete local product trials and market validation work.
Our Approach
We began by understanding and documenting the complete Digital Water solution, getting to a single set of information for everyone involved in the market development work. We then attended international trade events and conducted interviews to refine the value propositions and how they were communicated. Following this we supported the activities of the US in-market representative to help create materials for a trade show and for follow up conversations with potential partners.
Outcome and Client Benefits
The client has new materials to support their business development efforts – following a successful outing at the 2016 Greenbuild conference in LA.
