Choosing between several strategic options during a period of rapid growth.
This project called for a light touch. The founder and CEO knew his business and market very well and was only constrained by the amount of time that was available for strategic thinking and planning.
We set up a series of Strategic Advisory Board meetings designed to compare and evaluate strategic options, then critical success factors and measurement to aid with the execution of the strategy.
After the initial series of strategy sessions and follow up meetings, Friday had refined their target market and sales approach and successfully introduced this to the market at a trade show. The client achieved 34th in the Deloitte NZ Fast 50 and 166th in the Deloitte Technology Fast 500 Asia Pacific that year.
